Therapeutic services
I support clients who would like to develop more awareness of their inner world and its impact on their current challenges and ways of relating.
I work with adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, developmental trauma and PTSD, life crisis, relational difficulties and cultural identity dilemmas. My approach is integrative, mainly drawing on relational psychoanalysis, humanistic and constructivist approaches.
My approach to therapy is particularly suited for individuals seeking to explore their challenges through an in-depth relational process, fostering a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in the context of their relationships and experiences.
I offer tailored therapeutic options to meet diverse needs, including time-limited therapy for a minimum of 12 sessions, which provides a structured framework to address specific concerns, and open-ended therapy, which allows for a more flexible and expansive exploration of personal growth and long-standing difficulties.
Sessions are available both online, offering accessibility and convenience, and face-to-face, providing a more traditional, in-person therapeutic experience. This flexibility ensures that clients can engage in therapy in the way that feels most comfortable and effective for them.
How we can work together
We can work together in a way that best suits your needs, whether through one-off consultations, ongoing therapy, or clinical supervision.
My approach is flexible and relational, designed to support you in exploring challenges in depth and fostering meaningful growth.
Whether you are seeking guidance for specific issues, a longer-term therapeutic journey, or professional support as a practitioner, I offer both online and face-to-face sessions to accommodate your preferences and schedule.
